Experience Required as Field Service Engineer:
Field Service Engineer Candidates should have at least 2-4 years support experience with excellent troubleshooting & diagnostic skills. A particular emphasis is put on Microsoft server applications etc. This is a customer-facing role so good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
REQUIRED SKILLSET: Field Service Network Engineer Dublin Ireland
• Practical working knowledge of networking (including WAN topology, mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments, DNS/WINS/DHCP) up to Senior Field Service Network Engineer standard.
• Excellent working knowledge of: Server & Desktop OS's e.g. XP, W2K, Server 2003, domains & user management. (To MCSE standard in a hands on Field Service Engineer job Ireland).
